Legal status
Ask for the current approval or NOC, issuing authority, approved layout, and document date. Verify it with the authority rather than relying on an advertisement.
HRL buyer-verification checklist
HRL Housing publishes this checklist to help buyers check legal status, real access, working utilities, possession, total payable cost, and daily travel before deciding. It does not rank competing societies or replace verification with the relevant authority.
Ask for the current approval or NOC, issuing authority, approved layout, and document date. Verify it with the authority rather than relying on an advertisement.
Visit at peak hours. Check the actual gate, road access, travel time to work or school, drainage, and planned road changes.
Confirm which streets have working electricity, water, sewerage, gas, and occupied homes—not only planned amenities.
Request a plot-specific possession position, current development photos, milestone dates, and consequences if delivery changes.
Add land price, processing, development and utility charges, preferential-location premiums, transfer fees, taxes, and late-payment terms.
Read transfer and resale rules. Match seller, file or plot identifiers, receipts, and allocation records with the official office before payment.
Official context
Punjab's official Multan page identifies the Multan Development Authority and names authority-developed schemes including Shah Rukne Alam I & II, Lodhi Colony, New Qasimpur Colony, Tughlaq Town, and New Shah Shams Housing Scheme. That list is historical context, not a current recommendation or a statement about private-scheme status.
Punjab Local Government guidance says housing-scheme applications and approval documents are governed by the competent authority and applicable private housing scheme rules. Ask the authority to verify the exact scheme, phase, and layout you are considering.
Royal Swiss Housing
HRL publishes the Royal Swiss location, plot mix, amenities, development media, and payment schedules. The website does not currently publish a regulator document that is sufficient for us to assert an approval status here. Request the current approval or NOC, approved layout, plot-specific availability, and dated price plan from sales, then verify them independently before paying.
