1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the hrlhousing.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Project Information Disclaimer

The information, architectural designs, layouts, and amenities proposed for Royal Pearl Enclave and Royal Swiss are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, visuals presented on this website are artistic impressions and may differ from the actual physical construction. Floor plans and specifications are subject to final approval by relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Online Payments

Online payments may be offered for housing-related services such as booking or reservation amounts, applications, installments, processing, documentation, and other charges identified at checkout. Amounts are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless clearly stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for checking the project, customer or file reference, payment purpose, amount, taxes, and any gateway charge before authorizing payment.

A payment is treated as received only after the payment service provider reports a successful transaction and HRL Housing reconciles the transaction. A gateway receipt is evidence of payment only and does not by itself create property ownership, allotment, possession, or title. Those rights are governed by the applicable signed booking, application, allotment, transfer, or payment-plan documents.

HRL Housing may decline, hold, or reverse a transaction where details are incomplete or incorrect, the payment cannot be verified, fraud or unauthorized use is suspected, or acceptance would breach applicable law or the governing project documents.

8. Refunds and Service Delivery

Eligibility, request steps, review times, and processing of approved refunds are explained in the Return & Refund Policy. Payment confirmation, processing, document collection, and any separately agreed courier delivery are explained in the Shipping & Service Delivery Policy.

If a website summary conflicts with signed transaction or project documents, the signed documents will apply to the extent permitted by law.
