Required process

  • Route queries, concerns, and service requests through the Front Desk (Marketing Department).
  • Avoid directly approaching the Transfer & Record Office for routine customer or file matters.
  • Raise urgent or exceptional situations through the GM.

The policy is intended to keep requests traceable and reduce disruption to routine record-office functions.
