What the notice says
Files booked at PKR 355,000 per Marla that received only the booking amount or down payment, with no subsequent installment paid, have been cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Members with 13 or more outstanding monthly installments have been given a final opportunity to clear all pending dues on or before July 30, 2026.
Deadline and next step
- Final date to clear qualifying outstanding installments: July 30, 2026.
- Files that remain unpaid are stated to be automatically cancelled from July 31, 2026.
- Members should confirm their individual account status directly with the authorized Royal Swiss Housing team.
