Published terms
- Category is confirmed only after payment of the first installment by March 15, 2026.
- After confirmation, the remaining installments are payable according to the schedule.
- If the first installment is not paid, or the member does not wish to retain the category, the plot may be relocated to a standard non-category location in the same sector.
- The notice describes the relocated plot as final and states that a later category claim will not be entertained.
